VAF

Only with Signio is data and reporting pre-populated with information that reconciles to the bank’s data. The system is integrated with all the Financial Institutions, Insurers and Value Added Product suppliers. Signio employs a fully accredited digital signing and certification process supported by the leaders in the field in South Africa.


  • Send your completed application form along with a copy of your ID, a copy of your NCA card, and a letter from the Dealer Principle stating that Signio is the preferred vendor to orders@signio.co.za

  • If you need multiple access to Signio Boardroom then please complete the Multiple Boardroom Form and send this with a copy of the Dealer principles ID to orders@signio.co.za
  • We process the order, send the application to the necessary Value Added Product Suppliers (VAPS) and Insurance providers for approval. The Dealer codes are sent to the various Banks for approval. We will phone the Dealer principle if multiple access is required for a quick telephonic confirmation. The order is then placed and a Consultant is assigned to the dealership
  • The Consultant will then be in touch to arrange a suitable time for installation and on-site training.
VAPs (Value added Products)

The Signio system provides an opportunity for dealerships to increase their second gross profit by providing an electronic platform for value added products. The process caters for a fully compliant end-to-end sales process with all major product suppliers.

  • No manual capturing or sending of incorrect information to insurers. VAPs is a streamlined process where everything is electronic
  • Fully compliant with Section 13.1C
  • Cater for cash deals
  • Feeds directly into DOC
  • Offers customised split invoicing and automated Insurance Guaranteed Funds (IGF – Debella, VAPs Consultancy, Innovations)
  • Insurers are informed about a policy immediately
  • Provides an automated product bordereaux
  • Currently 67 product suppliers are available but choose your own product supplier and they can easily be added to the system.

Compliance

Compliance and legislation are at the cornerstone of the Signio offering, which is why the entire work flow has been designed to give the F&I and Dealer Principal ‘peace of mind’. Off-site (remote) compliance auditing is provided for an FSP on request.

Signio offer dealerships the options to handle compliance:

  • FSP registered representative – dealership provides own compliance representative and Signio offers and audit function.
  • Fully outsourced F&I function – no FSP registration is required and Signio provides electronic assistance
  • Fully outsourced FAIS compliance
Management Information (MI) for Dealers

Comprehensive reports designed to help manage a dealership. Reports are pre-populated and reconciled with banks. Automatically generate, customisable and exportable to pdf or excel. Summary, detailed and graphical interactive online reports are provided through 3 super useful reports, namely:
